The MICM staffs that I've came in contact with are all nice and lovely but the receptionist is just plain rude and not helpful at all. I called in to pay for some fees, she doesn't know who to direct me to. Her tone was impatience, asked me to contact my agent and hang up my call. You should probably retrain or rehire a new reception. The receptionist is the front face of the company and if the first impression given by them is at such low standard you probably wouldn't retain much of your client.
