Amending my review based on a recent experience. Apparently when you make a reservation you have to guess how much it is and how to pay. No emailed invoice - no payment instructions. I added insurance so I knew the amount would be different from the original quote. Weeks later I got - after multiple requests - an invoice - still no payment instructions - from renting before they would send a link with payment options. Unknown to me they changed this and now you have to call - fine - yet sending a invoice seems like a reasonable pre-requisite. And the invoice I finally got is not itemized - just a dollar amount. No excuse for this with the technology available.
Prior review - Booked through Taylor Made many times - always a great experience. Houses are clean and always as represented on the site. Check in and check out is a breeze. Customer service is friendly and excellent. Highly recommended.
