Being a new owner of a preowned BMW X5 has been a dream come true. What is dreamer is the team at BMW of Seattle! From Robert & Mark in the Sales department to the outstanding crew in the Service department. Sam greeted me kindly and so warmly first thing in the morning. He even showed me a few tricks my car can do that I didn't even know about. To Anthony who was so great all the while setting me up in a fantastic loaner car ( I had way to much fun with) !!! And lastly to Josh L. who has quickly and professionally helped me with all my service needs and questions. This is a really awesome team to have and I wanted to Thank you ALL.
