Terrible service. Ordered a chair to be delivered ...

Terrible service. Ordered a chair to be delivered last Saturday. By Tuesday hadn't arrived so I contacted them and was told the chair I ordered was out of stock until 5 weeks time and offered a lower quality alternative. I found a different chair on their website and asked for this one to be sent instead and have had no response. I have chased by email, phone and the form on their website so am now trying to get my money back. Don't bother with this company.
