Our AC broke down on Friday in the middle of a 100 degree heat wave. I filled in the service request form. Got a call at 6:45am. The lady was helpful, asking questions about what I d seen and what happened. Tech called at 9:30. He was at the house by 10. Problem fixed by 10:30, AC up and running. No extra charge for the weekend service, either. Friendly tech, Nikolas, very professional, explained everything. Adding maintenance checkup to my home from them.

I d called three other companies and got no response. No phone calls that were promised. John Moore Services simply was better than everyone else from start to finish. Thank you!
