The young man that serviced our home today was very nice and very professional!

He flushed our water heater and unclogged our A/C line.
When he called to let up know he was on his way; his phone ID came up as John P. so I called him John the whole time he was here and he answered us, but your email stated that our Technician was going to be Juan Villanueva "Who knows".

Whichever the young man did a great job; he explained everything he was doing and treated us with the utmost respect we being an elderly couple.

We would definitely request him again.
