Amused to read all fake glowing reviews here (apart from 2 genuine 1 star ones), as this agency is a real greedy unprofessional scam.

Living in London for about 15 years and having an experience of moving few times and dealt with few agencies, never imagined something like this.

They do lie; they are very rude and disrespectful; they all the time think how to cheat you on your money.

Forget about your deposit - it took us few weeks and we got a tiny bit of it back. The charges they put are insane and totally unjustified. It would take you weeks or months to get anything back! And you feel helpless, as there just is not much to do about it.

Their communication is terrible too (good luck trying to get anything fixed or in efficiency). After endless e-mails, calls to them etc.

They also hope that you do not pay attention and (few times!) try to put the same charges on you twice. - Like they would put some administration fee on check out twice (as when you sign the contract, as when you move out). Then they called and tried to get money for extra month (though it was prepaid at check in). After dealing with them for quite a while and trying to charge you twice for the same thing, you already do not think it was "by accident". Do read and check all their charges very carefully.

A whole thing is a total stress. Michael and Ricky are all nice and smiling in the start, just before they grab your deposit. - After that, they just do not care about their reputation and a whole ongoing disaster starts.

If you want respectful friendly PROFESSIONAL calm experience, go with Chestertons or Hamptons International (they are excellent, efficient, HONEST and care about their reputation).

There are so many apartments (and agencies) in London to choose from.

Rent from professionals, but not from Chase Apartments. And you would get your deposit back ;).

I hope there will be more people coming out and talking honestly about what is actually going on (all my neighbors had the same appalling experience). But I would not be amused to see few more "5 star" reviews popping up immediately - just read between the lines and get the actual info.
