Ever since I hired Service America, I have not had any issues with my appliance repairs. The Service America Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and they actually show up and repair the appliances. Many other companies don't even show up or call you back. Service America is worth the peace of mind (especially if you have Samsung appliance that break down a lot!).
