Initially my experience was good. Everyone involved in getting my company signed up was awesome. The negative review comes from work produced and the treatment received after cancellation. I did not feel that the money spent on Townsquare's services were helping my business, if anything I felt lead on, so I decided to cancel. No big deal. The problem is I canceled on Monday but my payment was processed the previous Friday. They will not refund the money because I didn't cancel in time. I've already deleted their user accounts and changed passwords, which means they are charging me a full month for absolutely no work and will not refund my money because I missed the monthly renewal date by three days. This is bad business, technically they don't have to refund me but why treat people this way? The monthly payment means a great deal to a new and struggling business like mine, this was definetly a lesson learned.
