Worst company EVER on customer service.
They use a call center outside the USA. They can't understand people that speak English . you try to get a service technician to come out. They send a technician out that has no training and then they don't fix the problem .you get a $150.00 service call on your bill .Do yourself a favor DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS I PROMISE YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO .
