I tried to renew my 2 telephones x Internet and I had problems with the renewal of one of them because the web gives failures, after spending 3 or 4 hours calling customer service to solve it, without much assurance that it would be solved, I decide on go to the Cartagena street store where I made my initial contract. The clerk tells me that he cannot check the status of my order or tell me which terminal I have reserved. And when I tell him that I want to renew the one that gave me a failure on the web (Xiaomi redmi 9 of 128gb) he answers that in renewal they only give 64gb (when on the web they give you the option of 128gb) ... and that The 128GB phone that I have ordered online tells me that I will get 64GB tb (something that you cannot know because you have not been able to see the status of my order) ... total 0 solutions. I will buy it on amazon for 150 ... which give less problems ... terrible service to manage a renewal. Terrible clerk service and exorbitant customer service wait time.
