I m still blown away by the work I have done with these two. I know that whatever I bring to my time with them, they will meet and hold me. It feels very human-to-human, very grounded. There s no doubt in me that my work with them has caused some deep shifts in my life that I had never expected. They have great skill and rich personal experience in interweaving mindfulness and emotional health, which I realise now is so vital to living fully. They also know how to work on many levels, from the body, to therapeutic techniques, to working directly with the mind. Great gratitude to them both!
