Beautiful location, too bad that the bar and restaurant part is not up to the job. Service at the bar denies you a glass of water even if you have a coffee, you are obliged to buy a bottle for catering the waiters are very professional, very kind and attentive to customer requests but are not supported by the quality of the food. I am many times that I am a guest at the Hotel Casale for work reasons and even having made our complaints the same faults always remain.
