Admission is very pricey for what you get. Despite all of the attractions, rides, games, gambling, exhibits, and shopping, it feels like you're just paying a cover charge to eat really unique foods that you can't find outside of the Ex. All of the other things are kind of secondary to the food, especially if you've been at least once or twice before. I highly recommend checking out the the BBQ trucks by the bandshell park; they serve up Ribfest quality ribs, chicken and pulled pork.
