Today at Serpa Chrysler, I was given a world class customer service experience whilst picking up my Volkswagen at service. The guys really are knowledgable about vehicles not just of the same make but of others as well! Even Harry took me into the garage while my car was on the hoist and I was able to see my vehicle up close in the diagnosis of my issue. Great customer service, great education among the staff. Highly recommend.
