Disgusting customer morals. My grandparents ordered 2 chairs after being told they were 'made to measure' not once has a tape measure ever graced this house. The first chairs were collected and reply with another pair of 'made to measure' chairs. Again, not once has a tape measure been in this house. Delivery drivers even looked at the chairs and said there were far too large for my grandparents. They have had several phonecalls and visits from people claiming that they were from Oak Tree Mobility however upon discussions not one of these people according to other members of your company.

I am currently sat in one of these chairs at 5'9 my grandparents are just above 5' I have been sat in the chair for 30 minutes and I cannot touch the floor with my feet, I have chronic pain in my back and legs due to such poor fitting chairs. Not fit for purpose.

I have been in contact on their behalf via email and they have replied yet they have denied this also.
