I ordered a set of Rancho struts for my Ram. They sent me 2 left side struts. Their exchange policy is horrible!! You can not talk to anyone!! I had to go out and buy the strut local for way more money. Then they charged me to ship it back to them and it was their mistake!!! It took over a week to get my refund. If you order from Rock Auto you are gambling if you will receive the right part. Iwill NEVER buy from Rock Auto again!!!
