Sam and the team at Synergy were great to deal with and were very proactive with their responses and communication. I had applied for a transport role around 3am and had a response and interview within 12 hours. Sam was great help through the interview process and was considerate in planning sessions around my schedule (whilst working night shift). Had it not been for Sam, I wouldn't be in the role I'm currently enjoying and even after achieving the job, he was still in contact with me to check in on my progress and wellbeing.
