Our company used Littlefish for over 10 years and I can honestly say that if you have time to keep ringing support and have more viruses than you can deal with then this is the company for you!

I have had nothing but trouble from this company and their supposedly 24 hour protection. I cannot even begin to think of the money I have wasted over the years in following their poor advise.

Last year was the last virus and the last straw for us. We were supposedly protected against all viruses and were told that nothing could get through as they had 200% covered all the weak points, clearly that was not the case. We spent so much time effort and money dealing with these people that we completely lost faith in the whole of the IT Industry.

When they quoted us for a new server (nothing actually wrong with it) the price had been almost doubled. It was only when we queried the costs that they started to back track.

We did not take their advise (thank god) and sought a second opinion. We were astonished on how we had been mislead!! We now use another IT Company (Krypton IT) who have been more than amazing!! We now have a system - using the same server that Littlefish condemned with no modifications, we can safely say that we would NEVER recommend Littlefish or their services EVER.

If your looking for a decent IT company then forget LITTLEFISH!
