We booked a ten day stay at this resort and paid in full in January. Then we had to cancel due to Covid-19. The resort made us wait for 90 days to get our refund. This is unacceptable, so the family won't stay there when we all return to Malta in 2021. Don't get screwed like we did. We recommend you book your vacation stay at another more respectable and honest resort.
