After being a customer for over a year, the poor customer service has caused me to second guess my loyalty to their store. Canada Post had lost my package but Vanilla Food Company took 28 days to process a refund after the day it was lost. With 22 emails sent back and forth, i had to regularly check in and ask for updates to be given. Not an ideal way to treat a long-term customer.
