I purchased a 2006 Toyota Highlander in April of this year, 2018. By July the vehicle was in the shop and in need of a new steering pump. The extended warranty I purchases along with the car did not cover the repair. When I contacted the Danvers dealership they told me "it passed inspection" and therefore they were no longer responsible. I was referred to Kevin Crick and contacted him immediately. He provided a free consultation that was very informative and explained that the buyer "should always know who inspects" the vehicle because testing equipment can be manipulated. I am awaiting a call from the Sales manager at the dealership. He believes "we can work something out." You get a different response when you have legal help and guidance. Thank you Kevin for taking my call.
