Spent weekend after Valentine's day. Multiple large events at the hotel. Parking was unavailable. Movement inside hotel impeded by glitching elevators. Hotel vendors all closed early, including Starbucks that closed at 3 p.m. Restaurants were slow and had limited items available due to lacking ingredients. For the price, expected a higher quality facility
