Visited this place before xmas break and did the class with Fiu. Great atmosphere, great sweat out. Nice music and good vibes first time experiencing this. As a former amateur boxer in USA now residing in NZ I found this good for all levels (those who just want fitness but also technical stuff). Parking is there get in early.

Place is extremely clean and would recommend
