Vanguard manages Bridgford Oaks community in Templ...

Vanguard manages Bridgford Oaks community in Temple Terrace. This management company does nothing!! Only interested in getting the HOA dues. Does not response, does not follow up.
I complained about community owned fence that was broken and badly stained for weeks but they never did anything. They want owners to repair, replace and pressure wash common fence. Pressure wash sidewalk, paint mail boxes etc. They only manage a very small common areas and that's about it. What a shame...
