I had a very average experience with the Wv offices of the insurance commissioner. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience was just average.
