I only experienced one problem with my stay at this hotel, but it was a very frustrating problem. For some reason unbeknownst to me, a hotel staff member banged on our door shortly after 8:00 am to "make sure we were still at the hotel." I have never had such a thing happen to me before; this was during our last day at the hotel, and this completely ruined my plans of sleeping in prior to checking out. I am still baffled as to why this happened.
