Recieved an offer in the mail with my current mortgage on it. And them stating they could save me almost 800 a month. Reading all the options i thought awesome. These people are miracle workers... nope when calling to confirm the numbers all were not including my compounded escrow. When i questioned this the guy became rude to me on the phone. Not a good way to try and retain a customer. Good luck on your shady practices and having people run their credit before discussing the numbers. Maybe your letter should list the rates and directly under it say "escrow not included" its very misleading when your comparing it to my payment that has escrow included...
