This has to do with customer service. I bought a refrigerator back in March. It broke in December of the same year. It took 2 weeks to get it fixed. I called to ask for a loaner they told me no. I have kids so I spent two weeks buying food to store in a cooler. Now customer service has called me several times about an extended warranty which is half the price of the fridge (except for today when they offered it at a discount) I told Shanda I'm out of work. Like most of our state right now. I told her why I was unhappy. No swear words used. I said I'd never purchase anything from them again. When I needed help they wouldn't provide any but what to sell me something. I told her they need to stop calling me. She told me I was rude and hung up on me. Well ya know what's rude??? Calling people during a state of emergency and trying to sell them something. Unless you've been hiding in a cave you know a lot of people are not working right now. I told them months ago I was not interested in purchasing the warranty, but yet continue to call.
