The only frustrating aspect of this order was that the only way to access the special discount was by phone in order, the option does not exist on the website. Also, paypal, our prefered form of payment, was only available via the web site. The accounting option of a credit, for the additional discount, was not an option either. The/their customer service people were very helpful and plesent and did all they could to work around the limitations they were working under.
