The products I purchased from Plain Jane Designs were of good quality, but I was disappointed with the customer service. My inquiries took a long time to be answered and the responses were not very helpful. Additionally, the website was a bit difficult to navigate. However, the products themselves were great and I would consider shopping here again solely for that reason.
