unfortunately I can say my experience was absolutely horrible. I know what cars I wanted to look at but none on the capital one website were there or at least the one didn't think so.

the first guy came out and asked if I wanted to test drive the car I was looking at, I said no and just after that I saw him walk away.

few minutes later after I continued to look for the cars on the site another guy approached, he was friendly and after hearing I had done the pre-approval through capital one he suddenly had to go work with other customers and would send someone over to help me.

10 minutes passed, two workers passed never said anything. so I'm taking my 2000 down plus trade in and going elsewhere.

Sad thing is I found a car I wanted and stood there waiting.
