We visited here as part of a coach trip touring Kent but unfortunately we didn't have long enough to see every thing at leisure as you could easily spend a whole day here! The castle is absolutely spectacular sitting proudly in the middle of an enormous moat. You were made welcome on entry and allowed to take photos and touch a lot of the exhibits. The gardens are a delight and you could even take a boat ride on the lake where black swans gracefully swim! Beautiful!
