I checked in and go up to my room to find a man sleeping there. They had to get me another room. Then, I got stuck in elevator had to get out in basement and go up 7 flights of stairs with suitcase to get to my room. The elevator is a night mare with suitcase. My room was extremely old, dirty, and smelled terrible. I asked for refund for both nights since there was a man sleeping in my room and they only gave me one night. DO NOT GO HERE.
