Sadly I even have to give 1 star... I called twice speaking with the manager Jay and Karina to verify that the truck I was looking at was still available. Immediately after verifying I made the hour drive from Downers Grove to come purchase the vehicle. Mysteriously the truck had already been sold at some point. Clearly just a sleazy tactic to get me into the building.
If that wasn t bad enough, the restrooms had no paper towels available with trash and toilet paper all over the floor in the middle of a pandemic.
Also! One of the salesman was vaping in the middle the show room. What a classy place....
