Ordering online is usually easy, but not from this company! When you fill out the registration form and click on the "Register" button, nothing happens. I did contact the company about this, and they told me to call them. However, phone calls are not private - what if the item that you are ordering is a gift for someone and you are unable to make the call without that person overhearing? Very disappointed with their service.
