They have a very poorly run service center. I bought tires from them 3 years ago and am now having issues with one of them going flat about weekly. I called to see if it was covered under a warranty and was told I would have to bring it in to determine warranty coverage. I also asked the representative for the tread depth specs at which they recommend replacement and he didn t know the answer, put me on hold to find out the answer, and returned saying that he couldn t find out the answer. Calling in was a serious waste of time and I will not be returning for any service.
