Nice hotel I will admit. However had to down grade...

Nice hotel I will admit. However had to down grade to 3 stars because I could hear someone in another room flushing their toilet and brushing their teeth. And also their phone ringing and beeping. Imagine if every hotel room was like that! Plus I ordered room service, soup and salad, and it took 45 minutes.
