Dr. Berkoff has helped me tremendously over the years! From shin splints to neck pain, he has always been able to fix my body quickly. I just recently started seeing him again due to an old swimming injury which flared back up while doing the back stroke. Dr. Berkoff performed a manual release technique which was a combo of stretching and trigger point therapy. In just three visits, I am happy to report that the pain in my shoulder is completely gone and I am back to my normal swimming routine! He also gave me great advice on how to get rid of some stubborn fat around my waist. I followed his recommended diet(which was somewhat strict) and in two weeks, my waist is becoming smaller and my abdominal muscles which seemed to be hiding under a stubborn layer of fat are actually showing again! Very pleased!
