I made a big mistake in choosing midwest ortho and, more specifically, Dr. bernard bach to handle my orthopaedic needs. I filed an official complaint against Dr. bach following a visit with him during which he verbally and physical harmed me and have yet to receive a response. It's been over a year since that complaint was filed. You would think that multiple $60k surgeries with this medical group would afford me a simple response. Guess I assumed too much.

BOTTOM LINE, DONT GO TO MIDWEST ORTHO
