I had been looking for a used Suburban for sometime when I came across an online ad from Grossman. John Hausman promptly responded to me via email. I decided to take the ride out to Old Sybrook and couldnt have been happier with the results. We were able to get a very fair price on our trade in, and were more than happy to have been able to drive home our new vehicle that very night. John was great to deal with...very friendly and not pushy in the least. The sales manager, Mike, even went so far as to sing to our 8 month old to try keeping her happy while we waited for the vehicle to be detailed.
