Terrible after sales. No handover. We bought a property in may 2016. The agent Serj was really poor in the handover. We probably met him once after we confirmed we are buying. And he wasn't even present when we collected the keys. This probably gives us the after sales we can expect in Adelaide. We didn't feel valued at all. We bought a 500k house and this is the treatment we get? We made this mistake but never again.
