I had the brisket and the portion seemed small, especially for the price and reviews I had read previous to going. It was fresh and moist but lacked flavor. The brisket had hardly any smoke flavor, no rub and bark to speak of. It also comes with bbq sauce already on it, that should be an option, but I guess without it, it'd be even more tasteless. I would like to go back and try different menu item, but the prices make it hard to justify. Staff was very friendly. If you're going to stay on long island and want to taste real bbq, you either have to do it yourself or go to competitions where they let you taste their products.
