Service was fine however I was not notified of my monthly bill increasing, I didn't change or upgrade my service. When I called to cancel services due to moving out of state the rep. interrupted me, didn't listen to anything I was saying, was vague about how much I would pay and what date the services would be disconnected. Asked me to call back in 2 days after the next billing cycle. Frustrating!
