Current resident, been living in the apartment for ~2 weeks now and have had nothing but bad experiences. It all started with the realtor spinning a bunch of lies, claiming maintenance would be able to respond to issues within 30 mins and that she was "unsure if rent may increase". Since we rented in the off period we could only obtain a 6 month lease, with an option to renew in September. In the first week alone we have had an electrician come out 3 times for 4 blown breakers; 2 technicians come out for a high pitched screeching sound coming from the washing machine (which still isn't fixed); and a general contractor come out for a water leak in an exterior room. To top it all off, we received a letter from CRM stating that we have 2 weeks to decide if we want to extend the lease or else we need to vacate by September. If we do extend, rent will increase $350.00 (10% of what were currently paying for this terribly maintained and managed property). Its a 3 story building, and they can't even rent out the top or bottom floors yet! We are the only tenants so far. When we tried to discuss this with several people from CRM, they claimed what we signed was an "introductory rate" which was never mentioned prior to or at the signing of the lease. They are also unwilling to even negotiate or give us an extension to make any other decisions. Disgusting practices by a shady company. No wonder theres such bad reviews, and the 5 star ones I wouldn't trust too much after dealing with these people. BEWARE OF CRG / CRM.
