Incredibly knowledgeable staff, some even from the South Pacific. They have an Africa section that will not stop until you have exactly the trip you want. I usually plan my own trips, but it is worth going through a solid company like this to get me the best rates and not have to worry about all that planning that can get tiring. Quality all around.
