So far, I haven't had my appointment with them and it is getting frustrating. I had an appointment scheduled for last week and got an email confirming an appointment for a different time. I called and was told to disregard the email and I would be called at the correct appointment time. No one called until a few hours AFTER the scheduled time to apologize and re-schedule. They re-scheduled for the following day, but NO ONE called. I called and, after getting a list of menu options, got a customer satisfaction survey asking me if I wanted the same customer service rep or another one (I hadn't actually spoken to one). I had to hang up and call again. I told them about the TWO appointments no one had called me for (they were to be done online or over the phone) and they rescheduled for a third time. That third time was almost an hour ago and I still haven't heard from anyone. This is the THIRD time they do not have the courtesy to call when scheduled. Regardless of how great or not great their hearing aids may be, and how nice their customer service people are on the phone, something is SERIOUSLY wrong with a company that makes appointments multiple times and doesn't keep them.
