Although I had problems with the cable, I was getting rid of it anyway and they were wonderful to deal with. Now with just internet, I am ecstatic beyond belief, having lived with Xfinity's terrible service for years where my router was used as a hot spot and I rarely had even 20mb of service. Now happily floating along at 300mb, and delighted with the friendly and courteous customer service. No game playing about rates and services with these guys, just straight up honesty and fair dealing.
