I live in Cape Town and try to go to Yogazone as much as I can. I''m currently travelling, and can't find the same level and depth of flow yet. I will definitely keep looking, and I am still getting something beautiful from my practise every day here, but I really miss YogaZone. The teachers are excellent, the music is on point, the studio is always clean and has a happy feel. One of the phrases I hear there most is 'This is yoga practise. No matter who you are or how flexible or inflexible you are, this is your practise and you do as much as you can.'
