I would like to mention an experience I had while at the hospital this week. I was there waiting for a family member in the surgical day stay unit and while all of the staff was very nice, the concierge was exceptionally supportive. Cheryl was very attentive to all of the families and making sure everyone was informed and comfortable. She asked me several times during the six or so hours I was there if there was anything she could do. It makes such a pleasant difference in a stressful situation to see a friendly face. All of that aside we bonded over what a great name she has!!
